Wow. I am astonished by the quality that is Wonderfalls. I missed it the first time around, and would never have even known that it was on if not for your open letter that was posted to the Angel's Soul Spoiler Board.
I am so glad that I caught it. One episode and I am hooked. I can't deny that I had some reservations about the shows premise, but I loved the chain-reaction of events throughout the episode and the humor was unpredictably funny, unlike pretty much every other show out there. Really a breath of fresh air amidst all this "reality" tv. The main character has this lovable flawed quality that just pulls you into her life. This is the best new show I have seen in years. Thanks! Best luck to you and the entire cast and crew.
I agree with Amber.... WOW!!!! I also missed it the first time around but was told that it had potential.... it has far more than potential... the opener is a hit in my book. I WANT to be entertained when I watch TV... I don't care if it's not "reality"... my own life is real enough! I don't care who was fired, who was voted off or who picked who... and this querky comedy is a grand escape. I am hooked and will continue to watch. Good Luck!!!!!!
I was very impressed by Wonderfalls--I loved every minute! I didn't know it was on, and I was "surfing". I had read about it in TVGuide, but the TV section didn't say there was a change in programming last night. Now I'm hooked--I'll be watching tonight.
I agree to all of what they say, I was watching Tru calling and then they flash in the screen that the WonderFalls are coming up, I try to find another channel to watch but almost everything is so "Boring", so I went back to fox channel and I saw the opening sequence showing an "Indian Girl" being swept to the edge of the falls with a human face figure swallowing her and disappear, and the guy following her just fall down to the falls. Another funny part is when she throws the quarter in the wishing pond ad it throws back to her head. I like the saleslady while talking with the Lion, and when she setup her sister for a blind date. Really I enjoy it and it's really funny an not "Boring", now I'm also hooked with the series.
I was channel surfing when I saw the show which really good. The only new show on TV that I wanted to watch.
Maybe UPN or another network will pick up the series. Tim tell us what we can do to help keep the show on the air. I just checked the FOX website and
WF is still on the schedule for the next two weeks?
I just wanted to say thanks for Wonderfalls. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a show this much. I would be blissfully happy if you could find a new home for the show. Apparently Fox has an aversion to quality programming. Please, please keep up the good work. Oh, and I will buy the DVD!
guys this show was so damn good. Made me WANT to stay home and watch it. Witty, fresh, well acted, great CREATIVE scripts.
I wish there were something that we could do to save it.... sigh....
I'd buy the DVD if it comes out. But Wonderfalls deserves to get back on the air for everyone to watch. 'coulda been a contender!
Stupid Fox television.... another dumb decision.
Thanks for making this show. It was perfect, from the witty writing and comedic timing of the cast, to the Andy Partridge theme song. Please try to get it placed on another network.
Is there a chance that wonderfalls will be put back on the air? It was nominated for an award and there are still tons of fans bobbing about. I'm really attached to the characters and it's hard to say goodbye. It would be great if it were put back on the air. There must be some sort of chance.
